WHAT WE THINK

This is a beautiful blog written by Jenny Clarke; some of you may know her as the Banksy midwife and the champion of skin to skin for all new born babies.

What I liked about this blog was that it set out some simple things we can all do to make a difference to improve people’s lives in 2016. The actions we should all take into our daily lives are to give time for others, walk with kindness, to give words of hugs and hugs to each other. These are such impactful actions we should all do as we think about ourselves as signal generators. As signal generators we can set the mood for those as well as set examples of leadership, for example if we walk with no hope then those around us will believe there is no hope.

So as you head in to this year think about the actions you need to improve the lives of others and what signals are you generating this year?
