Marlies has been facilitating change processes using liberating structures for the last eight years and has found them incredibly useful to start the conversation. There are many approaches in the suite of liberating structures but Marlies has found TRIZ the most versatile and easy to use. She will share with you three different ways that she has used it to support: 1) work with front line staff to plan epinephrine auto-injectors across a large healthcare system; 2) support mental health leaders to identify strategic priorities on integration; 3) identify ways to successfully implement strategies through a panel discussion.
