In our world of health and care we spend a lot of time collecting data but how motivated are we to truly understand and use it? It’s frequently said that we are data rich and information poor and teams are often disconnected with their data.
In this session, Abigail Harrison will explore the latest thinking and practice in how to engage frontline teams in measurement for improvement. She will give examples of how to help teams understand their data and use it to measure change. More than this, she will give tips on how to truly connect people with their data by creating stories, innovative visualisation and technology and will give a real example of how one team went from data haters to measurement maestros.
