Igniting large-scale change: one ambassador at a time

28.01.2016

01:00 - 02:00 GMT

Description

Distributed leadership is a way of talking about people who find themselves in leadership positions because of how they act rather than the title they are given. This idea isn’t new, although it has not always gained wide-spread traction in its application.

This session will explore change from the perspective of the work of several Change Day British Columbia Ambassadors across the province. As part of a group of distributed leaders, they embraced a different way of leading change and will share their stories of leadership as part of a collective social process.
