We are very excited to share with you the findings from an independent review of the School for Health and Care Radicals (2014-2015), led by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
We’ve always known we were onto something special with the School: the levels of engagement, enthusiasm and feedback spoke for itself, but it wasn’t until we received the results of the CIPD evaluation that we could evidence our experience with statistically significant improvements in people’s ability and confidence to lead change after taking part in the School. We’ve shared the full evaluation report to download (below) plus given you all-area access to the five appendices and impact model that underpin the evaluation.
