Zoë has a passion for leading healthcare improvement and has extensive, and most importantly, proven quality improvement and change management expertise. This passion for working within health and care started 18 years ago, when she worked as a care assistant for children and adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. She has lead transformation within a local Trust and the last eight years have been dedicated to improving the quality and safety of services through national improvement programmes during her time at NHS Improvement, NHS Improving Quality, NHS Sustainable Improvement Team and Horizons. Zoe's practical improvement and transformation experience spans across elective, emergency, outpatient and residential care, along with cancer pathways, learning disabilities, diagnostics, respiratory, gynaecology, mortuaries and medicines. Throughout these programmes, Zoë has trained and coached hundreds of front line staff and emerging leaders to deliver sustainable change.
